    THROWDOWN ANNOUNCES U.S. TOUR WITH FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH AND SHADOWS FALL

    THROWDOWN is pleased to announce their upcoming 2010 US Winter tour. THROWDOWN will be on the road January 21 through February 20, 2010 with Five Finger Death Punch, Shadows Fall, and 2 Cents. This tour will be everything you expect and more out of a hard hitting metal show, and as an added bonus for the ladies, the first 100 women to line up at each show will get in absolutely free. Tickets will be going on sale this weekend. THROWDOWN'S new album DEATHLESS was released on November 10 on E1 Entertainment to extraordinary critical praise.     THROWDOWN GETS READY FORTHE DEATHLESS TOUR I

    Prepare for an event you don't want to miss as THROWDOWN headlines The Deathless Tour I! The tour will be presented by HATEWEAR. THROWDOWN will be joined by Bury Your Dead, For Today, ABACABB and The World We Knew. This tour follows THROWDOWN's current European tour with Chimaira and Unearth.

    The Deathless Tour I is the first U.S. tour in over a year for juggernauts THROWDOWN and the first tour in support of the band's new album, "DEATHLESS" which will be released on November 10th, 2009. "DEATHLESS" is produced by Mudrock and mixed by Zeuss (HATEBREED).

    THROWDOWN vocalist Dave Peters says, "We can't wait to hit the ground running for this record. We haven't toured the States in over a year and have been working our asses off making this album the best we've ever made on both a songwriting and production level. We're playing two songs off 'Deathless' on our European tour with Chimaira and Unearth right now and making sure we don't fuck them up for everyone in the States.

    We're really excited to be out with our good friends in Bury Your Dead as well. We've had a lot of our fans asking for this tour over the years and we're excited to finally make it happen after so long."

    THROWDOWN, tightly coiled, is squeezing the world for the kill and poised to sink their collective fangs into the backbone of American metal. Rising from the underground world of the do-it-yourself hardcore scene with a recipe made up of Pantera, Machine Head, Sepultura and early Metallica, their mission is boldly proclaimed both on the stage and on record.

    The highly acclaimed band has spent the last several years touring relentlessly on shows such as Ozzfest (2004), Sounds of the Underground (2005), and the Vans Warped Tour (2006 & 2007). Previous Throwdown tours include a headlining tour with Soilwork as well as tours supporting Killswitch Engage, Lamb Of God, As I Lay Dying, Korn, Ozzfest, In Flames, Machine Head, Soulfly and more.

    The upcoming album, "DEATHLESS," follows THROWDOWN's most powerfully diverse offering, Venom & Tears, which critics hailed as the best effort from a band. Revolver Magazine has called THROWDOWN "the future of metal."
